As a building company we provide a turnkey solution to our clients. Whether in upmarket residential,
commercial or light industrial, we believe we can offer very specific services that would add to the
success of the project.
We minimise the use of sub-contractors wherever possible, as it is our experience that a percentage
of the escalating building costs are attributable to what we call "margins upon margins"
(very simply:- the longer the supply chain, the more overheads and profits are added on.)
Our Quantity Surveyor, Rodger Clayton, is on hand to provide clients with support throughout
the project. A bill of quantities creates complete transparency on all costs and variations,
and prevents any of those "nasty surprises". Angie Scott runs our finishing solutions department
and helps clients not only source different products, but also negotiates better prices and
therefore helps to stay within the budget.
As a member of the Master Builder's Association, we use the JBCC building agreements.
